Bullitt County Government offices will remain staffed throughout this COVID-19 health emergency, although closed to the public. Most services will be available via phone, internet, email or regular mail for all your business and personal needs. County buildings will not be accessible to the general public. This allows maximum social distancing for continued health and safety of county employees and people of our community. Beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020 county office buildings will be accessible to staff and employees of Bullitt County Government only. Please contact these offices for any needed county assistance. Please visit county offices’ web sites and social media for details pertaining to each department. Feel free to call the offices that provides the assistance you require, your call will be answered during normal business hours. Some services provided by county government may require a personal visit. For those instances, an appointment will be necessary. Preparations are being made in each department to accommodate these services, whenever possible. No crowds or long lines can be allowed in any office. Please do not come to the Courthouse, Annex Building, Judicial Center or Detention Center without an appointment beforehand. Hopefully these temporary changes will be short-term.
